Milk permeate

Milk permeate is made from fresh, pasteurised and skimmed cow's milk from which its protein is extracted. The permeate is then concentrated and spray-dried. The product corresponds with the standards and regulations for food safety and Codex Alimentarius. Additional specifications are available upon request.
